At Buy Silk Fabrics Online, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, due to the delicate nature of cut yardage, we accept returns on uncut, original-condition fabrics within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized orders and fabrics that have been washed or treated are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the fabric to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package with Care
Carefully fold the silk to prevent permanent creasing and place it in its original protective sleeve and shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Dispatch the Shipment
Ship the package using a trackable courier service to our warehouse address provided in your authorization email; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our textile experts inspect the fabric for quality and integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
